Our Services
Three Ways We May Assist You
Each engagement is shaped around the client's situation and what the file genuinely requires. The three services below represent the most common points of entry.
Short Pension Counsel Session
A single, calmly paced session in which the client and counsel review the pension file together and identify the most appropriate next step. Particularly suited to clients who have recently received an unfavorable decision and would benefit from a measured, professional perspective before responding.
- Thorough file review
- Identification of viable next steps
- Written summary of counsel's view
Pension Hearing Preparation
Preparation for an upcoming administrative or tribunal hearing, including evidentiary review, drafting of position statements, and a mock walk-through of the hearing process. The aim is for the client to attend well-prepared and at ease, even where they choose to present in person.
- Evidence and document review
- Drafted position statement
- Mock hearing walk-through
Full Court Mandate with Continuity
A full mandate for pension defense in Labour Court and, where applicable, the Court of Appeal. Continuity is preserved by assigning a single senior advocate as lead through every stage, supported by a small dedicated team. Communication is steady, regular, and respectful of the client's preferences.
- Single senior advocate throughout
- Labour Court & Court of Appeal
- Regular, clear communication

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to some of the questions clients most commonly raise before their first consultation.
What is the typical timeline for a pension dispute in Thailand?
Timelines vary depending on whether the matter stays at the administrative level or proceeds to the Labour Court and beyond. An administrative appeal may resolve within three to six months; Labour Court proceedings typically take between one and two years at first instance. We map your specific timeline during the initial counsel session.
I have already received an unfavorable decision. Is it too late to seek advice?
In most cases, no — but acting promptly matters. There are appeal windows attached to administrative and court decisions, and these deadlines are strictly observed. We encourage you to contact us as soon as a decision is received so we can assess your remaining options.
What documents should I bring to a first session?
Bring any written decisions or notices you have received, your original employment contract and pension scheme documentation, and any correspondence with your employer or the relevant authority. If documents are in Thai, we will review them in that language. Bring whatever you have — we can identify what may be missing.
How is communication handled during a full court mandate?
We agree a communication rhythm with each client at the outset. Most clients prefer written updates after each hearing or significant development, with the option to telephone when something requires immediate discussion. Your preferred contact method and frequency are respected throughout.
Are consultations and case details kept confidential?
Yes. All information shared with us is protected by professional duty of confidentiality. We do not discuss client matters with third parties without written consent, and our internal file-handling procedures are structured to safeguard sensitive information.
What are the fees and how are they structured?
Our fees are fixed for each service tier: ฿2,100 for a Short Counsel Session, ฿9,500 for Hearing Preparation, and ฿10,200 for a Full Court Mandate. Fees are discussed transparently at the outset, and no additional charges are applied without prior agreement. Payment terms are agreed during the engagement letter stage.
